Davidson, NC – July 11, 2023 – 3A Composites USA, manufacturer of ALUCOBOND® and industry-leading producer of metal facades, is pleased to announce further modernization of the Benton, KY production facility with the launch of a new coil-coating line.
The new production line is a dedicated aluminum line which boasts innovative technology and advanced automation to make 3A Composites more versatile, agile and ready to respond to market needs. The new line also:
- Allows production of a broader range of coil-thickness options
- Increases quality control through state-of-the-art automation
- Improves sustainability by reducing aluminum, core and paint waste
- Enables the in-house pretreatment of aluminum
- Boosts the company’s already superior color-matching capabilities
