3A Composites USA is pleased to announce its annual sales awards, recognizing Joe Pebley as Sales Person of the Year and Mary Aloisio as Architectural Team Player of the Year for their significant contributions to the company’s Architectural Division.
Joe Pebley, sales manager for California, Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico and Hawaii, earned the Sales Person of the Year award for his outstanding performance. Pebley achieved a 13% increase in sales, demonstrating exceptional leadership across key metrics including the generation of pipeline opportunities, growth of ALUCOBOND EasyFix sales, the number of trained fabricators and installers and AIA presentations.

Mary Aloisio, sales manager for Alabama, Florida, Georgia and Tennessee, was named Architectural Team Player of the Year. Her dynamic, positive outlook and strategic sharing of architectural leads have positioned her as a key member of the team. Beyond this, Aloisio’s dedication to continuous improvement, unwavering drive and strong integrity set her apart as a leader.
